 Liverpool look to carry on from the demolition of Besiktas by beating Fulham and move back into the Premier League top six.
Fernando Torres may win a starting place, with Harry Kewell also looking for a role in the game for the unbeaten Reds. But Daniel Agger, Xabi Alonso and Jermaine Pennant are all still out.
After picking up only their second win in a dozen league games against Reading last weekend, Fulham will be looking for a good result but will have their work cut out at Anfield.
Paul Konchesky and Elliott Omozusi are banned but Carlos Bocanegra is available again after serving his period of suspension. Chris Baird is expected to return to the starting line-up and Shefki Kuqi could be given his full debut for Lawrie Sanchez’s side but Nathan Ashton and Moritz Volz both miss the game through injury.
